Terms of Service

1. What we do

The Site is a free quote-matching service. When you submit a request, we forward your details to 1–4 independent local junk removal partners in your area, who then contact you with pricing and availability. We are not a junk removal company. We do not perform the work, employ the crews, own the trucks, or set the prices. Any contract for services is directly between you and the partner you choose.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and requesting service for a location in Ontario, Canada.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Only request removal of items you have the legal right to dispose of.
• Do not use the Site to request removal of hazardous materials or anything that would be illegal for a partner to accept (for example: asbestos, live ammunition, medical or biohazardous waste, wet paint, unsealed chemicals). Partners will refuse such items on site.
• Do not misuse the Site (no scraping, spam, reverse engineering, or interference with its operation).

4. No fee — quotes are estimates

The Site is free for end users. Quotes provided by partners are estimates until confirmed on site. Final pricing, scheduling, insurance, disposal practices, and workmanship are the responsibility of the partner you engage.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and quote-matching service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranties about the acts, omissions, pricing, timing, or quality of any partner.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any partner's services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any partner.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site as intended.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
